Medicube PDRN Masks Compared: Gel, Tension-Up, Vita Coating and Night Wrapping
Medicube’s PDRN masks are not interchangeable. The gel mask supports a long daytime or overnight session; Tension-Up combines a sheet with an adjustable band for 10–20 minutes; Vita Coating is a fitted sheet mask, not a peel-off coating; and Night Wrapping dries into an overnight film. Choose by wear time, removal and tolerance for a sheet, band or film—not by the PDRN label alone.
Choose Tension-Up for a short supported fit, Vita Coating for a conventional sheet, the gel mask for several hours of wear, and Night Wrapping for an overnight film. None is necessary when serum and moisturizer already cover the routine.
Medicube PDRN mask formats compared by wear time and finish
The table uses current Medicube US instructions and INCI, plus live ProtoClinical Shopify records for identity, price and stock. Longer wear is not treated as proof of stronger delivery or better results.

| Medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Gel Mask | Hydrogel / gel sheet | 28 g × 4 sheets | About 1–4 hours, with an overnight option. | Lift off after the session or next morning. | Pink gel becomes more transparent; this does not prove deeper delivery. | Long daytime or overnight sheet users. | No fixed official frequency; editorial use: occasional. | Niacinamide, panthenol, hydrolyzed collagen, Sodium DNA, peptides. | Fragrance (Parfum) listed. | 8-sheet pack is a pack-size duplicate. | 921 units | US$18.20 | View the 4-pack |
| Medicube PDRN Pink Tension-Up Mask Set | Sheet mask with reusable adjustable band | 34 g × 4 sheets | 10–20 minutes. | Remove sheet and band, pat essence, then wash and dry the band. | Essence sheet; band changes fit, not proven lasting lift. | Short session with supported face/jaw fit. | No fixed official frequency; editorial use: occasional. | Niacinamide, Sodium DNA, coffee seed extract, collagen extract and NAD. | No Fragrance/Parfum listed; not a tolerance guarantee. | Band is a fit system, not an active ingredient. | 994 units | US$23.37 | View Tension-Up |
| Medicube PDRN Pink Vita Coating Mask | Fitted sheet mask | 22 g × 5 sheets | No wear time stated on the current US page; follow the exact package. | Remove the sheet according to the package directions. | Micro skin-fit sheet; no peelable film documented. | Conventional sheet-mask users. | No official frequency found; use package directions. | Niacinamide, Sodium DNA, soluble collagen, B12, ascorbic acid. | Fragrance appears in the current official INCI. | “Coating” is a name, not proof of a film mechanism. | 985 units | US$23.33 | View Vita Coating |
| Medicube PDRN Pink Caffeine Night Wrapping Mask | Overnight peel-off wrapping film | 75 ml | Final evening step; dry about 15 minutes, then wear overnight. | Peel next morning or rinse with lukewarm water. | A shimmering pink film is explicitly documented. | Users comfortable sleeping in a dried film. | About 3–4 times weekly; page also mentions daily use in dry seasons. | Polyvinyl alcohol, Sodium DNA, caffeine, HA derivatives, collagen, peptides. | No Fragrance or Parfum is listed; rose flower oil is present. | Only confirmed peel-off film in this comparison. | 988 units | US$26.33 | View Night Wrapping |
Gel masks prioritize a shorter hydration session
“Shorter” is relative: the gel mask allows a one-to-four-hour daytime session or overnight wear. It is not a quick 10-minute sheet.
The gel begins pink and becomes more transparent. That visible change is part of the material experience, not proof of active delivery, depth, cellular repair or procedural equivalence.
It suits users who accept extended contact and prefer lifting off a sheet rather than peeling a film. Fragrance is listed, which may matter for fragrance-sensitive preferences.
Use it on a simple evening. Multiple PDRN serums, exfoliant and rich cream beneath a long-wear mask make discomfort or pilling harder to trace. Serum-or-mask is easier to manage than stacking the full line.
The visual distinction is the flexible, translucent gel material before application, without devices, injections or anatomical claims.

Tension-Up masks change the fit and wearing experience
Tension-Up is the shortest confirmed session. The user places the sheet, selects one of three ear-hook positions, pulls the lower wings upward and secures the reusable band for 10–20 minutes. The construction changes how the sheet is held.
Physical tension is not an efficacy claim. A tighter fit may change sensation and sheet placement, but does not prove durable lifting, collagen stimulation or structural change. This comparison therefore evaluates fit and routine burden.
The reusable band must be washed, dried and stored. That may suit someone who values the fitted experience, but adds friction versus a disposable sheet.
The visual anchor focuses on a close-fitting lower-face sheet during a short session. The official reusable band adds support, but the fit should not be read as anatomical change.

Vita Coating is a fitted sheet mask, not a peel-off film
Medicube calls Vita Coating a micro skin-fit sheet mask. That conflicts with the assumption that “coating” means a drying, peelable film. It is a sheet mask with essence.
The official INCI lists niacinamide, Sodium DNA, soluble collagen, cyanocobalamin, ascorbic acid and fragrance. No wear time appears in the current US text, so use the instructions supplied with the exact five-sheet pack.
Vita Coating fits buyers who prefer a conventional sheet over an overnight film or hours-long gel. Fragrance is listed, so formula tolerance matters more than the word “Vita.”
Night Wrapping masks trade speed for longer wear
Night Wrapping is the clearest overnight format: spread it as the final evening layer, dry for about 15 minutes and leave until morning. Polyvinyl alcohol supports the documented film format.
Its value is a sealed final step, not proof of superior delivery. A dried film may be unsuitable for users who dislike tightness, sleep restlessly or react to long-wear leave-ons.
Medicube recommends about three to four uses weekly and separately mentions daily use in dry seasons. Starting lower is more conservative when other active or fragranced products are present.
Morning removal matters: lift the film from the edges or rinse with lukewarm water. Gentle film removal should not be confused with a skin peel or lifting transformation.

Time, removal and residue matter more than the PDRN label
The four formats create different friction: Tension-Up adds band care, gel needs schedule flexibility, Vita depends on package timing, and Night Wrapping requires sleep-time tolerance.
Residue and pilling cannot be generalized without comparable testing. Reduce layers underneath: several toners, serums, oils and creams make heaviness or rolling more likely.
Removal is a tolerance variable. Films require edge handling, sheets lift away, and Tension-Up adds pressure and cleaning. Users who dislike peeling can choose a sheet or rinse off the wrapping mask.
Choose by tolerance, schedule and the rest of the routine
Choose Tension-Up for the shortest confirmed session and an adjustable physical fit. Choose Vita Coating for a conventional sheet format, while following the exact package timing. Choose the gel mask for a long daytime or overnight sheet session. Choose Night Wrapping for an overnight peelable film and a morning removal step.
The official INCI lists fragrance in the gel and Vita Coating masks. Tension-Up does not list Fragrance/Parfum. Night Wrapping omits those terms but includes rose flower oil. None of this guarantees tolerance.
Introduce one mask at a time and keep the rest of the evening familiar. Persistent burning, swelling, rash or worsening irritation are reasons to stop, not evidence of activity.
A mask becomes redundant when serum and cream already cover the same step
The Medicube PDRN Pink Line Guide separates serums, creams and optional mask sessions. A mask adds format and contact time, not a mandatory third PDRN step.
Redundancy is likely with a hydrating serum, complete moisturizer and another occlusive night product. Use the mask instead of optional layers, not on top of all of them.

Tension-Up uses an adjustable band and a 10–20 minute official wear window.
